Consultation Overview During our consultation, we’ll discuss your vision and preferences for your wedding film. Our goal is to create a cinematic wedding video that captures every meaningful moment. Key Information: 1. Date & Venue: Wedding date and venue details Ceremony and reception locations (indoor/outdoor, venue restrictions) Guest count for ceremony and reception 2. Style & Theme: Preferred videography style (cinematic, documentary, traditional) Overall wedding theme and color palette Aesthetic preferences and color grading references 3. Coverage & Must-Have Shots: Desired coverage duration (pre-ceremony, ceremony, reception) Key moments to capture (first look, vow exchange, grand entrance, dancing, cultural elements) Must-have shots or unique details to include 4. Vendor Coordination & Logistics: Coordination with other vendors (photographer, planner, DJ, venue coordinator) Meal accommodations for the videographer Backup plans for weather or schedule changes 5. Editing & Film Delivery: Editing style and turnaround time Delivery format (online gallery, USB, custom package) Preferred timeline for receiving the final film Cancellation Policy 1. Consultation Details: Duration: 45 minutes. Method: Virtual call. 2. Booking & Payment: A non-refundable fee is required to secure your consultation. Payment must be made in advance through the provided payment link. 3. Scheduling & Cancellations: Consultations can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. 4. Late Arrival: Late arrivals will not extend the consultation time, and no refunds will be provided. 5. Privacy & Confidentiality: All information shared during the consultation will remain confidential. Recording of consultations is not permitted without prior written consent.
