Please review the questions below and have your answers ready for a productive session. 1. Your Vision What style, theme, or mood do you want for your shoot? Your input helps align our creative direction. 2. Purpose & Location Is this for headshots, portraits, engagements, events, or something else? We’ll also discuss indoor vs. outdoor settings and the ideal backdrop for your shoot. 3. Wardrobe & Styling Clothing sets the tone. We’ll go over colors, patterns, and styles to create a cohesive look. I can also provide outfit coordination tips for group sessions. 4. Poses & Expressions Feeling comfortable on camera is key. We’ll discuss posing ideas to bring out your best angles and expressions. I’ll guide you through the process for authentic, natural shots. 5. Props & Accessories Want to include personal items or creative props? We’ll brainstorm ways to incorporate meaningful elements into your shoot. 6. Scheduling & Logistics We’ll set a date, timeline, and discuss location details, permits, or weather considerations. Once finalized, we’ll review payment and start planning! Consultation Booking Terms & Conditions 1. Consultation Details Duration: 45 minutes. Method: Virtual call. 2. Consultation Fee Non-refundable: Payment secures your booking. Payment: Must be completed in advance. 3. Scheduling & Cancellations Availability: Sessions are booked based on availability. Rescheduling: Allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations: Less than 24 hours’ notice is non-refundable. 4. Late Arrivals Sessions will still end at the scheduled time, with no refunds for late arrivals. 5. Consultation Focus Covers topics outlined during booking. General guidance will be provided, but individual needs may require tailored solutions. 6. Privacy & Confidentiality All discussions are confidential. Recording is not allowed without written permission. 7. Refund Policy Fees are non-refundable unless I am unable to conduct the session. 8.
