What is the objective—brand storytelling, product promotion, or event coverage? Who is your target audience? Have you worked on video projects before? What worked well? What is your project timeline and any key deadlines? Do you have a set budget for production? Do you have a concept, or do you need help developing one? How long will the final video be? Short promo, brand documentary, or a series? Where will filming take place? Any preferred locations? What visual style are you envisioning? Any references? Do you need additional services like scripting, storyboarding, or editing? Where will the video be distributed—social media, TV, website, or internal use? Are there branding guidelines or assets to incorporate? Will there be on-screen talent? Do you need casting assistance? Are there any copyright or legal considerations for music, footage, or assets? These details help us craft a video that effectively communicates your brand’s message while meeting your unique requirements. Consultation Booking Terms & Conditions 1. Consultation Details Duration: 45 minutes. Method: Virtual call. 2. Consultation Fee Non-refundable: Payment secures your booking. Payment: Must be completed in advance. 3. Scheduling & Cancellations Availability: Sessions are booked based on availability. Rescheduling: Allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations: Less than 24 hours’ notice is non-refundable. 4. Late Arrivals Sessions will still end at the scheduled time, with no refunds for late arrivals. 5. Consultation Focus Covers topics outlined during booking. General guidance will be provided, but individual needs may require tailored solutions. 6. Privacy & Confidentiality All discussions are confidential. Recording is not allowed without written permission. 7. Refund Policy Fees are non-refundable unless I am unable to conduct the session. 8.
